The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 46 dwellings together with access at land to the east of Shripney Road, Bognor Regis, PO22 9NW in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref BE/109/19/OUT, dated 3 October 2019, and the plans submitted with it, and subject to the conditions.
