The development proposed was originally described as the creation of 23 new homes, associated landscaping, parking, relocation of commercial buildings and provision of a PROW cycleway/footpath has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Guy Osborne of Country House Developments Ltd against the decision of Swale Borough Council.
