The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for proposed residential development (use class C3) (upto 175 dwellings) with associated infrastructure and access, with all other matters reserved, on land to the north of Stillington Road, Easingwold in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref: 13/01703/OUT, dated 31 July 2013, and subject to the 26 conditions set out in Annex B to this decision.
