The proposed development is outline permission for up to 31 dwellings, with all matters but access reserved, comprising the demolition of ‘Poppies’, and alterations to the access onto Stortford Road to create an access road, together with the provision of 38 parking spaces for visitors to the adjacent school, the extension of the school playing field and the creation of a sports pitch and the provision of open space areas, balancing pond and associated infrastructure has been dismissed.
