The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 35 2 storey dwelling houses, construction of access off Rye Hill together with garaging, parking, open space with LAP, landscaping and all enabling works, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 22/02104/F, dated 12 July 2022.
