The development proposed for a residential development comprising 106 no. dwellings, new access from Sovereign Drive, associated landscaping and drainage works following demolition of No. 47 Sovereign Drive and Hats Copse House (net 104 no. dwellings) has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Vivid Housing Limited against the decision of Eastleigh Borough Council.
The application Ref F/20/87625, dated 11 May 2020, was refused by notice dated 13 October 2020.
