The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for redevelopment of the site to form 58 no. retirement apartments and 15 no. retirement cottages including communal facilities, access, car parking and landscaping at land to the rear of Thatchers Needle, Park Road, Diss, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 2021/0307, dated 5 February 2021, subject to the conditions in the attached schedule.
