The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for demolition of an existing dwelling and erection of 78 dwellings (C3) with associated vehicular and pedestrian access, internal roads, footpaths and parking, re-grading of land and retaining structures, drainage infrastructure and the provision of open space and equipped play area at land to the rear of Whernside Road, Watery Lane, Lancaster, LA1 2TA, in accordance with the terms of the application Ref 20/01442/FUL, dated 25 November 2021, subject to the conditions.
