The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for a residential development of 99 dwellings with associated landscaping and recreational open space at land to the south of B600 Lower Somercotes, Somercotes, Alfreton, Derbyshire, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref AVA/2018/0668, dated 4 July 2018, subject to the conditions set out at the end of this decision notice.
