The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the development of up to 30 dwellings with associated roads and infrastructure with access to be determined at this stage with all other matters (relating to appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) reserved at Land to the south of Braintree Road, Felsted, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref: UTT/18/3529/OP, dated 23 December 2018, subject to the conditions set out at the end of this decision.
