The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for an outline application with all matters reserved, other than strategic access points onto the public highway, for the erection of up to 485 dwellings, up to 2 hectares of employment land (A2/A3/B1/B2; B8; D1 uses), with associated public open space and infrastructure at land to the south of Long Road Mistley, in accordance with the terms of application ref 17/01181/OUT dated 17 July 2017, subject to the conditions set out in the schedule attached to this decision.
