The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for a mixed use development of up to 75 dwellinghouses and a commercial development (Use Class E) at land to the South of Main Road, Brailsford DE6 3GT in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 23/00616/OUT, subject to the conditions.
