The proposed development, described as a ‘full planning application for demolition of an existing dwelling followed by the construction of a residential scheme with associated engineering, landscaping and access works, at land to the south of Rooley Crescent’, has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Caddick Land Limited against the decision of City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council.
The application Ref: 19/02602/MAF, dated 24 May 2019, was refused by notice dated 6 March 2020.
