The development proposed for outline residential development including means of access for up to 48 homes has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Trustees of Lt Col R Sutton Nelthorpe’s Will Trust 1 May 2002 against the decision of North Lincolnshire Council.
The application Ref PA/2019/1977, dated 15 November 2019, was refused by notice dated 3 August 2020.
