The development proposed is described on the application form as “Proposed New
Residential Development comprising 42 dwellings, incorporating 35% affordable,
together with associated new access road and public open space” has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Charles Course (Heathpatch Ltd) against the decision of
Babergh District Council. The application Ref DC/18/02316 dated 15 May 2018, was refused by notice dated 14 December 2018.
