The development proposed for the provision for 91 dwellings, ecological mitigation and associated infrastructure including roads/footpaths, bridge, cycleway, garages and sub-station has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Wain Homes (South West) Holdings Ltd against the decision of Wiltshire Council.
