The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for construction of up to 60 dwellings with a new vehicular access to be agreed in detail and all other matters to be reserved at Land to the west of Buttleys Lane, Great Dunmow in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref UTT/19/2354/OP dated 13 September 2019 and subject to the conditions and the completed S106 Planning Obligation.
