The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for phased outline planning application for the construction of up to 100 dwellings and associated infrastructure (all matters reserved) at Land to the west of Clyst Road, Topsham, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 21/0894/OUT, dated 1 June 2021, subject to the conditions.
