The proposed development of up to 135 residential dwellings, introduction of structural planting and landscaping, informal public open space and children’s play area, surface water flood mitigation and attenuation, vehicular access points from Langford Road and associated ancillary works has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Limited against the decision of Central Bedfordshire Council.
