The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for demolition of existing office building (E use) and structures, and the construction of seven apartment buildings comprising 576 dwellings (C3 use), together with internal roads, parking, public open space, landscaping, drainage and associated infrastructure works on Land to the west of Lytton Way, Stevenage SG1 1AG in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 19/00474/FPM, dated 1 August 2019, subject to the eighteen conditions.
