The development proposed for a community-led proposed redevelopment of Mincing Lane Nursery Chobham to provide 30 dwellings comprising 22 affordable custom build homes for local people and 8 custom build market homes with associated communal gardens, home zone, managed woodland, parking and car club has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Ronan Leyden of Sustaining Chobham (Community Land Trust) against the decision of Surrey Heath Borough Council.
The application Ref 18/1089, dated 13 December 2018, was refused by notice dated 11 February 2020.
