The proposed development of a mixed use sustainable village extension comprising up to 325 private and affordable dwelling units, community meeting rooms, with ancillary pub/café use and sales area, together with landscaping, public and private open space has been dismissed.
The application Ref 138491, dated 20 July 2018, was refused by notice dated 10 January 2019.
The appeal is made by Mrs Barbara Mary Arden, Furrowfresh Ltd against the decision of West Lindsey District Council.
