The appeal is allowed, and planning permission is granted for hybrid application for residential development up to 795 dwellings, with 226 in full application, and the balance in the outline application, with supporting infrastructure and enabling works including: new vehicular access off the A4135, public open space, landscaping and drainage infrastructure at land west of A4135 Draycott, Cam GL11 5LN in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref S.21/1875/OUT, subject to the conditions.
