The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for thedevelopment of up to 700 dwellings and all necessary supporting infrastructureincluding land for the provision of a convenience store / community facility,internal access roads, footpaths, cycleways and parking, open space, playareas and landscaping, drainage, utilities and service infrastructure works onland west of Barton Hill Drive, Minster-on-sea, Kent ME12 3LZ in accordancewith the terms of the application Ref 18/503135/OUT, dated 11 June 2018,subject to the conditions in the attached schedule.
