The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted with all matters reserved, other than principal means of access from Bewley Road, for the construction of up to 190 residential dwellings and a community building (Use Class E (d,e) or F2(b)), together with the provision of open space, landscaping and associated infrastructure at Land west of Bewley Road, Angmering, West Sussex BN16 4JL in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref A/154/24/OUT, subject to the conditions.
