The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for erection of 70 dwellings, including affordable dwellings, together with public open space, roads, accesses, parking, garages, drainage and associated infrastructure at land west of Chapel Road, Grundisburgh in accordance with the terms of the application Ref DC/20/3362/FUL, dated 27 August 2020, subject to the conditions.
