The proposed outline application for an affordable housing led, rural exceptions development of up to 24 units with all matters reserved except access has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr T Murphy of Ionic Consultancy Ltd against the decision of Cornwall Council.
The application Ref PA20/03575, dated 28 April 2020, was refused by notice dated 14 September 2020.
