The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for construction of 100 dwellings (40% affordable) with associated infrastructure, landscaping and re-provision of sports facilities at Land West of Limpsfield Road, Warlingham CR6 9RD in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 2021/2178, dated 17 December 2021, subject to the conditions.
