The development proposed for the erection of 14 dwellings with associated landscaping, parking, cycle and refuse storage, sustainable drainage system (SUDs) and vehicular access point off Mill Way has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Mr Tony Dicarlo of Innerspace Homes Ltd against the decision of Huntingdonshire District Council.
The application Ref 20/00443/FUL, dated 27 February 2020, was refused by notice dated 28 April 2022.
