The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for a residential development of 127no. 2, 3 and 4 bed dwellings and ancillary works on land west of Queen Elizabeth Crescent, Rhodesia, Worksop, S80 3HT in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 19/00852/FUL, dated 14 June 2019, subject to the conditions in the schedule at the end of this decision.
