The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development comprising up to 52 dwellings (including 40% affordable housing)with vehicular access from Crooked Mile, associated open space, children’s play area and ancillary works at Langley and Mile Nurseries, Waltham Abbey EN9 2ER in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref EPF/0695/19, dated 7 March 2019, subject to the conditions.
