The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 195 dwellings, with public open space, landscaping and a sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and vehicular access from Lantern Lane onl and off Lantern Lane, East Leake, Nottinghamshire in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 17/02292/OUT, dated 29 September 2017, subject to the conditions set out in the schedule at the end of this decision and the S106 undertaking referred to below. The application Ref 17/02292/OUT, dated 29 September 2017, was refused by notice dated 16 February 2018. The appeal is made by Gladman Developments Ltd against the decision of Rushcliffe Borough Council.
