The development proposed a demolition of the existing house and outbuildings, erection of 34 dwellings, access and internal roads, parking, ancillary structures, landscaping, drainage and other associated works has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Whitehall Homes LLP against the decision of Wealden District Council.
The application Ref WD/2021/2458/MAJ, dated 16 September 2021, was refused by notice dated 7 December 2022.
