The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for up to 135 dwellings with the retention of existing farm buildings, public open space, landscaping and sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and vehicular access point at London Road, Newington in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 22/500275/OUT, dated 17 January 2022, subject to the conditions.
