The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for development described as the erection of up to 141 dwellings (use Class C3) with associated access, earthworks and other ancillary and enabling works. All other matters (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) reserved on land at Long Street Road, Hanslope in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 16/02937/OUT, dated 12 October 2016, subject to the conditions set out in the attached Schedule of Conditions. The appeal is made by Mr & Mrs John Wakefield Adams against the decision of Milton Keynes Council.
