The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of up to 90 dwellings along with associated open space and infrastructure at Lowerside Lane, Glastonbury BA6 9GY,  subject to the conditions in the first schedule to this decision and the obligations contained within the unilateral undertaking (‘UU’) and the planning agreement (‘S106’), both under section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended (the ‘1990 Act’), and both dated 21 March 2023.
