The appeal is allowed, and outline planning permission is granted for the demolition of existing buildings and dwellings and construction of 34 low energy dwellings of which 50% will be reserved for over 55’s and associated access and highway alterations at Lye Lane, St Albans, AL2 3TF in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 5/2024/0086, subject to the conditions.
