The development which is described on the application form as “proposed is demolition of existing buildings and residential development of up to 80 dwellings including the creation of a new vehicular access and pedestrian accesses, open space, landscape planting and surface water attenuation (all matters reserved except access)” has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Gleeson Strategic Land Ltd against the decision of South Somerset District Council.
The application Ref 19/03416/OUT, dated 12 December 2019, was refused by notice dated 14 August 2020.
