The appeal is dismissed and outline planning permission is refused for the erection of up to 70 residential dwellings (including up to 40% affordable housing), introduction of structural planting and landscaping, informal public open space and children’s play area, surface water flood mitigation and attenuation, vehicular access point from Mans Hill and associated ancillary works on land south of Mans Hill, Burghfield Common, Reading. The application reference 15/02019/OUTMAJ dated 31 July 2015 was refused by notice 5 February 2016.
