The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the erection of 75 dwellings (10 of which will be specialist accommodation for older people),communal hub for older persons’ accommodation, retention of the existing Bed & Breakfast and associated open space, with all matters reserved, in accordance with the terms of application P15/V2328/O, dated 25 September 2015, subject to the conditions contained in the Schedule to this decision. The appeal is made by Mr Leslie Wells against the decision of Vale of White Horse District Council
