The development proposed was described as ‘Phased development of up to 49 houses. All matters reserved apart from the access, which will use the existing approved access and existing internal road’ has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Messrs SJ, NM, PA and RP Flittner against the decision of Wealden District Council.
The application Ref WD/2021/1068/MAO, dated 22 April 2021, was refused by notice dated 23 August 2021.
