The appeal is allowed and outline planning permission is granted for 13 1.dwellings with access off Mill Lane including 5 affordable homes at Land off Mill Lane, Bulkeley SY14 8BL in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 16/6202N, dated 22 December 2016, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Schedule. The appeal is made by Mr M Schofield against the decision of Cheshire East Council
