The appeal is allowed and planning permission granted for the erection of 2
linked buildings ranging from 5-6 storeys in height comprising 87 residential
units (Use Class C3), 700 sqm (GIA) of employment space (Use Class B1),
together with associated plant, car parking, cycle parking, refuse stores,
servicing areas and associated hard and soft landscaping at Millbrook Park
Development (former Inglis Barracks), Mill Hill East NW7 1PX in accordance
with the terms of the application Ref 18/6640/FUL dated 19 October 2018, and
subject to the submitted Legal Agreement and attached schedule of conditions.
