The appeal is dismissed and planning permission is refused  for a residential development of up to 190 dwellings (including a minimum of 25% affordable housing), planting and landscaping, informal open space, children’s play area, surface water attenuation, a vehicular access point from Otterham Quay Lane, and associated ancillary works, on Land North of Moor Street, Rainham. The Application Reference MC/14/3784 is dated 19 December 2014. The appeal is made by Gladman Developments against Medway Council.
