The proposed development of a residential development of up to 40 dwellings has been dismissed.
The main issue in this case is whether or not the location of the proposed development is acceptable, having regard to the local and national planning policies on the location of housing.
The appeal is made by Mrs Catherine Sheppard of Newland Homes Limited against the decision of Cotswold District Council.
The application Ref 17/04765/OUT, dated 17 November 2017, was refused by notice dated 11 January 2019.
