The proposed development described as ‘Application seeking Phased Full Planning Permission for the Retention and refurbishment of Grade II Listed Barn for resident’s lounge/estate office, demolition of principal building and cottage, and partial demolition and redevelopment of existing stable complex. Construction of new buildings comprising assisted living units (Class C2) and a care home (Class C2) with new landscaping and tree planting, new public pedestrian access between The Murreys and Agates Lane, and use of existing bellmouth on The Murreys for vehicular access’ has been dismissed.
The appeal is made by Crispin Jameson, Davinia Vanstone, Levanter (Ashtead Limited), Beechcroft Developments Limited against the decision of Mole Valley District Council.
