The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for proposed demolition of existing equestrian buildings and the construction of 31 dwellings including affordable housing provision, associated parking, landscaping and infrastructure and creation of a new area of community open space, at New House Farm, Hatton Lane, Hatton, Warrington WA4 4DA in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 2020/36311, dated 20 December 2019, subject to the conditions.
