The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for the proposed conversion of agricultural barns into 12no. residential units, including the demolition of 2no. existing residential units and construction of 2no. replacement dwellings at New Tyehurst Farm, Mark Beech, Edenbridge, TN8 7DA in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref SE/20/01834/FUL, dated 30 June 2020, subject to the conditions.
