The appeal is allowed and planning permission is granted for residential development of up to 175 dwellings with associated car parking, landscaping, public open space areas, allotments and vehicular access from Sandpit Lane (with all matters other than means of access reserved) at Land to the south of Norton Road, Thurston, Suffolk in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref 5010/16, dated 16 December 2016, subject to the conditions contained in the schedule at the end of this decision. The appeal is made by Hopkins Homes against Mid Suffolk District Council.
