The appeal is allowed, and planning permission is granted for the redevelopment of the site to provide 10 dwellings (Use Class C3), alterations to the existing access onto Croydon Lane, hard and soft landscaping, and other associated works at Oak Tree Farm, Croydon Lane, Banstead SM7 3BE, in accordance with the terms of the application, Ref LO20/01799/F, dated 21 August 2020, and the plans submitted with it, subject to the conditions.
